In the first blog, we will present you a three-cabin sailboat. If we consider the whole season, we come to the information that sailboats with three cabins certainly have the most reservations. A three cabin sailboat means that it usually has six berths in the cabins and one in the lounge. That information tells us that our sailing crew doesn't really have to be significant. Ideal for cruising with friends or for family enjoyment of sailing. These are mostly ships between 36ft-41ft. They are very affordable, and there is a great deal of them.
This time, we decided to introduce a sailboat from the famous manufacturer Bavaria Yacht and their popular Cruiser 37 line.
The Bavaria Cruiser 37 is a 10.90m sailboat designed by Bruce Farr. It first appeared on the market in 2014. This sailboat is characterized by the relatively wide stern with aft platform that opens. The cockpit is significantly wider compared to the class sailboats with a centrally located folding table. The sailboat salon can be divided into three parts. Bow part where there is one spacious cabin. The central or central part is the so-called salon of the ship with a folding table, skipper table and one extra bed. Below the salon is an L-shaped kitchen with a fridge. Opposite the kitchen, the designers located the toilet with shower. The salon is certainly characterized by a maximum height of 1.95m, which is suitable for the vast majority of sailors. The third part of the ship refers to the aft area, where there are two separate and spacious cabins.
The Cruiser 37 is equipped with a Volvo Penta 28HP diesel engine with a sail drive. The tank capacity is 150 litres, the cruising speed is about 6nm, and the fuel consumption is about 3.5 liters per hour.
We can conclude that the Bavaria Cruiser 37 is very affordable for its size spacious sailboat that will meet all the needs of a perfect vacation with family or with a close circle of friends. The only objection from the profession definitely goes to the sailing performance account that we can rate with a rating of 6/10.
